All manageIT merchants receive 3
months of unlimited phone and email support absolutely free. After three months,
email support continues to be available at no cost and our technical teams are
available around the clock.
Optional support plans are available for merchants beyond the initial 3-month
period. Please remember, email support is always free. If your business will require
additional support beyond email, please review the available support plans below.
